Why I started GIHS

Hospitality should feel magical again.

Ich habe GIHS gegründet, weil Hotellerie ein wenig ihre Magie verloren hat.

Es wird zu wenig ausgebildet. Zu wenig entwickelt. Zu wenig befördert. Dadurch fehlen immer häufiger Führungskräfte, die wissen, wie wichtig Hingabe, Leidenschaft und Freude für echte Hospitality sind.

GIHS soll Gastgebern helfen, diese Magie wiederzufinden — mit Menschen, die wachsen, mit Technologie, die unterstützt, und mit Partnern, die bleiben, bis Veränderung im Alltag ankommt.
